Payment Terms:
1. 100% payment in advance for the Hardware and installation.
2. Enterprise Application payment terms are either Annual/Bi Annual or Quarterly option as chosen by the Customer.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The hardware will be under Universal Warranty of 1 year from the date of Invoice issued but with no physical damage or burn which are excluded from the coverage.
2. SLA offered is 20% of Hardware and Application Cost per annum post 1 year of service which is mandatory after 1 year for hardware support.
